It was bound to happen sooner or later and finally Paypal got tired of what was going on in PTC land. I guess they brought it upon themselves. Charge backs, scams, unhappy customers who bought lousy referral packs, delay of payments, somehow Paypal got tired of it and started to limit the accounts of various PTC sites.
